Planning your travel itinerary can be a little daunting, especially if attempting to navigate the North and South Island of New Zealand for the first time. Therefore, I hope you find the following travel routes helpful.
It’s now been over 2 weeks since I started my month long holiday travelling around the South Island of New Zealand.
As I mentioned early, I would be dividing my 4 week itinerary into two separate stages, therefore reducing the amount of long distance driving required over 2 week periods which then presents the opportunity for an interval or short respite.
With an abundance of natural attractions, adventurous activities & marine wildlife New Zealand’s South Island is perfectly suited for any type of driving holiday.
Due to it’s size, exploring and experiencing all that New Zealand’s South Island has to offer can be tiring which is why I decided to divide my 4 week itinerary into two stages.
